Teens' 5-Day Summer Series: Advanced Baking 6/22-6/26 @ 2-5PM
Cooking Class Description:
This hands on cooking class is designed with teen chefs in mind. Focused on skills for ages 12 and older, your teen will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. We will tackle advanced techniques like laminate dough for croissants, piping eclairs, pastry cream and more - all guided by an expert chef instructor. At the end of the week, each student goes home with a printed menu and recipe guide, and camp completion certificate.
Full Day Class 9AM -3PM (includes breakfast and lunch recipes plus items below)
Half Day 12-3 (Just the bakery item seen below)

- Italian Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Focaccia
Day 3: Sweet & Savory Tarts
- Peach and Raspberry Mini Galettes w/ homemade pate Brisee
Day 4: Laminated Dough Part I
- Pain au Chocolat & Croissant dough
Day 5: Laminated Dough Part II
