Summer Mini Camps

Summer Kids Cooking Mini camps now open for registration!
We are dedicated to the safety and enrichment of every student and look forward to being together again!
Drop off 8AM Pick up – 3:00 pm
Half day 9-12
Late pick up and early drop off available. ($25 for 30 mins, $35 per hour after 3:00 must be reserved and paid in advance)
Payment is due at registration. No walk-ins please.
Students only will be allowed beyond the front entry. We accommodate all allergies and thus menus are subject to change.
Each day is a new culinary adventure. Kids will make their own Breakfast, Lunch and Snack completely from scratch (no need to bring anything!)! But cooking is only part of the fun, We'll play board games, trivia games, dancing competitions and sing karaoke, all while making new friends!!

We are celebrating all things Disney this week! We'll break down recipes from some of our favorite movies like Gumbo from Princess and the Frog, Arepas from Encanto, Pasta Pesto from, Apple pie from Snow White and many more. Each day, kid chefs will make their own Disney themed breakfast, lunch and snacks and in between we'll have Disney trivia, sing alongs, crafts and more!

Students will learn basic baking skills in this fun and informative session for aspiring bakers. We'll learn the science behind baking and munch on the sweet results. Not only will chefs discover how to make delicious cookies, pies, cakes, and breads, we'll tackle more demanding creations such as eclairs, soufflés and crème brulee. Kids will work on and complete a final cake project of their choice by the end of the week!

This hands on cooking class is designed with teen chefs in mind. Focused on skills for ages 12 and older, your teen will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. We will tackle advanced techniques like laminate dough for croissants, piping eclairs, pastry cream and more - all guided by an expert chef instructor. At the end of the week, each student goes home with a printed menu and recipe guide, and camp completion certificate.

Kids will learn to make dough from scratch, roll out and cut pasta by hand, and make spaghetti, fettuccini, ravioli, gnocchi and more! Plus bake up a storm for dessert !
During the day we will also make our own breakfast and snack expanding our culinary skills and knowledge!

Every day of this week we focus on a different global culinary cuisine. While we may have to mix and match continents and countries, we will be traveling the food world for every meal!

Do you enjoy the Great British Bake-Off? Have you ever wanted to bake your own bread or make some delicious confectionery creations including cakes and biscuits from scratch? Well now is your chance! This week's camp is all about BAKING and EVERYTHING will come from the oven! But don’t count on just sweets and treats that will be coming home with your student. Our chef will teach your young cook and baker the skills they'll need for the kitchen- whether they're roasting, warming or broiling. Each day will have a baking menu item focus, and all day campers will also make breakfast and lunch inspired by the British Bake Off Junior Bake Off!
