Join us  as we dive into the world of French Pastry perfecting two classic recipes:

Eclair

Palmier

We will create a choux pastry to pipe and stuff with cream once baked and roll and mold our pastry for perfect palmiers studded with cinnamon sugar.

Ideal for chefs 12+ unless they've cooked with us before.
