Pasta Making 4/3 @ 6PM

3 hr workshop

Pasta lovers get hands on experience making their own pasta! We'll start with dough creation - both a semolina dough and an egg dough will be taught. Next, we'll use the dough to create classic ribbon shaped fettuccine and practice some new shapes including a stuffed ravioli with fresh ricotta filling.

We'll learn it all from rolling, pressing, cutting and shaping pasta to stuffing and cooking.

Family meal is where we will enjoy and sample all we made and take some home for the family to try, too!
