Whether you're an experienced baker or trying Italian baking for the first time, you'll leave with new skills, delicious treats, and authentic recipes to recreate at home.
During This Hands-On Class You'll Make:
🌰 Amaretti Cookies
Traditional almond cookies with a crisp exterior and a soft, chewy center made with almond flour and almond extract for their signature flavor.
🍋 Anginetti (Italian Lemon Cookies)
Soft, tender lemon cookies finished with a bright citrus glaze and festive sprinkles—a classic favorite served at Italian holidays, weddings, and family celebrations.
🥮 Biscotti Regina (Reginelle)
Traditional Sicilian sesame seed cookies that are wonderfully crunchy, slightly crumbly, and infused with fresh lemon or orange zest before being coated in toasted sesame seeds for their signature flavor and texture.
 
 
Italian Coffee Lounge Experience
While your cookies bake, relax in our lounge and enjoy a traditional Italian coffee break. Guests will snack on authentic Italian biscotti while sipping freshly prepared espresso, cappuccino, latte, or coffee—the perfect way to experience the warmth and hospitality of an Italian bakery café.
