Bread Making Class
One of our most popular baking classes, this hands on class is ideal for novice bakers or experience bakers looking for something new. We will work to create a variety of fresh breads including Pugliese Focaccia with a potato dough base, classic French Baguettes and a Portuguese roll, known as papo secos, which are crusty, airy bread rolls with a soft interior, a staple in Portuguese cuisine perfect for sandwiches, soups, or with butter.

Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to our advanced preparation for each class and the limited number of seats, we do not offer refunds or credits for our bread baking workshops. If you cannot make it to the class, you can contact us to transfer your registration to another person.
