Learn to make a delicious chocolate on chocolate yule log cake from scratch! This class is designed to teach the technique of a roulade cake made from sratch! We'll work on chocolate sponge and while the cake bakes, create a delicious whipped chocolate filling and ganache.
We will learn to work with the cake to roll it perfectly and decorate to look like the ideal holiday table centerpiece.
