Learn to make these seven layer cookies from scratch! We'll work on the classic sponge recipe made with almond paste and how to divide, measure and portion the batter, colored in red, white and green.
While it bakes we'll work on an apricot filling and chocolate ganache. Finally, put it all together for an amazing treat!
Ideal for chefs 10+. chefs under 10 should be accompanied by a paying adult unless they have taken classes with us before.
