Join us for a dive into the classic Italian dishes that grace all our favorite restaurant menus! This week we focus on the Sicilian pasta dish Pasta alla Norma! We will roast eggplant and make a homemade ricotta to dress this rustic dish enhanced with San Marzano style tomatoes.
On the side, we'll toast rustic Italian bread and garlic dip.
