Can anything beat the taste of freshly baked bread? This class will walk you through preparing and baking two rustic loaves—focaccia and baguettes as well as a sourdough loaf made with an active starter. 

 You’ll learn time-tested and time-saving techniques that make delectable bread every time.  You'll take home a sourdough starter with instructions on feeding.
