Bake Around the World 2025 LEVEL 1: This exclusive baking club invites you to explore the rich traditions of bread-making from various cultures, one delicious loaf at a time.
Class Schedule: Every 2nd Saturday of the month 10 AM for 2 hours, (except for dates in Feb and April) you'll gather at the kitchen at 5 Fisher Street for hands-on classes celebrating bread. You will be able to master the art of baking authentic bread from around the globe, with the lineup that includes:
January (1/11)- Croissants (France) – Flaky, buttery delights perfect for breakfast.
February (2/1) - Pretzels (Germany) – Soft and salty, a classic snack.
March (3/8) - Ciabatta (Italy) – Rustic loaves with a crisp crust and airy interior.
April (4/19)- Naan (India) – Soft, pillowy bread, ideal for scooping up your favorite curries.
May (5/10) - Tortillas (Mexico) – Versatile and essential for tacos and enchiladas.
June (6/14) - Burger Buns (USA) – Soft and sturdy, perfect for any BBQ.
July 7/12) - Arepas (Venezuela) – Cornmeal cakes that can be grilled or fried, and filled to your heart's content.
August (8/9) - English Muffins (UK) – Toastable breakfast favorites with nooks and crannies.
September (9/13) - Pita (Middle East) – Perfect for dipping into hummus or stuffing with your favorite fillings.
October (10/11) - Bagels (Poland) – Chewy, boiled treats that are great with cream cheese.
November (11/8) - Mallorca (Puerto Rico) – Sweet, soft bread in every bite.
December (12/6) - Milk Bread (Japan) – Silky, fluffy bread that’s a staple in Japanese households.

To secure your spot, a total deposit of $300 is required for the first six classes. You will have the opportunity to renew for the second half of the year by June, with the remaining classes paid after each class.
This class will also have a Monday @ 12PM date option. Dates are
