What's better than a Bagel Brunch...
in this class we will learn all the basics about creating  the brunch favorite - from everything to poppy seed and even blueberry - it's all about the bagels! We will also work on  bagel fixings (scallion cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, capers, lox); whitefish salad; and classic Bloody Marys and mocktail marys to wash it all down.
