Join us after school for a cooking club focused on learning new recipes and learning about the science of cooking!
 
Each week we focus on a new recipe to build on our technique and culinary practice.
Dec 3 - Knife Skills: Recipe - stir fry,
Dec 10 - Searing, Sauté : sauteed veggies in garlic and oil over pasta,
Dec 17 - Poaching : poached eggs benedict w/ hollandaise,
Jan 7 - Steaming :  homemade veggie dumplings,
Jan 14 - Mother Sauces  : Mac and cheese,
Jan 21 - Breads & Dough: Pizza,
Jan 28 - Quick Breads and Batters: Banana Cinnamon loaf,
Feb 4 - Pasta, Starch and Grain: Homemade Ravioli,
